This resort is truly a hidden gem with a gorgeous beach just steps away from the rooms. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making you feel like family. However, the rooms could use some maintenance as there were a few minor issues, and the hotel could be a bit rough around the edges. Overall, it offers great value for a relaxing getaway.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views are stunning and the lay-out is charming, especially the lounge area. However, I faced significant challenges with the check-in process and the overall quality of service was lacking, particularly with the all-inclusive offerings.
